Recently, Hunan Weishang Technology Co., Ltd. designed and manufactured a special ceramic high temperature sintering defatting integrated furnace for a Shandong company successfully passed customer site acceptance and was put into use.
The customer is a leading enterprise in the domestic special ceramics industry. For a long time, there have been problems such as unstable heat treatment quality, deformation and cracking of large-size irregular parts, which seriously restrict the production of the customer.
The customer's pain point is the direction of our efforts. The project team closely combined with customer needs, after repeated demonstration and experiments, broke through a series of technical problems such as high temperature limit of conventional pressure sintering furnace, heat preservation system, heating system, dewaxing system, temperature uniformity of cooling process and deformation control technology, and successfully completed the design and manufacture of equipment. In less than one month, we completed all the work of equipment installation, commissioning and trial production at the customer's site. The final product density, deformation and other data are significantly better than the technical requirements of the contract, which is highly recognized by the user.
The successful research and development of the equipment fills the domestic ceramic sintering furnace structure, process and many other technical gaps. Our company will continue to combine customer needs, constantly improve the equipment research and development and design capabilities, to provide customers with higher quality products and services.
